General Overview

I, Hannah Madsen, am a certified Advanced Professional Facilitator in Subconscious Mind Reprogramming and Brain Neuroplasticity (European Institute of Hypnotherapy & Hypnosis), a 250hr RYS® accredited Yoga Teacher, and a multidisciplinary creative consultant with a B.A. in digital concept development.

My work spans holistic therapy, subconscious facilitation, space and sensory design, and creative direction. Each offering is delivered with the highest level of integrity, professionalism and care, with respect for your safety, privacy and personal journey.

These Terms apply to all users of this website, all clients engaging in 1:1 or group sessions, workshops, retreats, or creative collaborations.

Professional Integrity and Scope

I operate strictly within the scope of my professional training and qualifications. My sessions, teachings and facilitation methods are not substitutes for medical or psychological treatment. I am not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, or psychologist.

If your needs fall outside my expertise, I will always refer or recommend that you seek appropriate professional support.

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a working relationship if I believe that I am not the appropriate guide or facilitator for your needs, or if the project does not align with my professional or ethical boundaries.

Confidentiality

All information shared in private sessions, workshops, or creative collaborations is treated as strictly confidential.

This includes :

• Personal information, history and reflections shared during private sessions.

• Sensitive material and/ or strategies shared during creative, brand or design projects.

• Contact details or any client records held for communication or administrative purposes.

Information will not be disclosed to third parties unless : explicitly agreed, required by law or if there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.

Client Responsibility and Consent

By participating in any of my offerings, you acknowledge and agree that :

• You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions and actions.

• You engage in any therapeutic, creative or experiential process, voluntarily.

• You understand that outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

• You retain full authority to pause or withdraw your participation at any time.

I am here to guide, support and hold space. Your growth, safety and integration remain your responsibility.

Safety and Ethical Standards

Your physical, emotional and energetic safety is my highest priority. Every session, space or event is created with care, clarity and structure.

This includes :

• Clear consent and communication prior to any subconscious or hypnotherapeutic work.

• Emotional and psychological boundaries upheld throughout every session.

• Physical safety standards in all environments I design, host or facilitate.

• The right to pause, end or reschedule a session at any time.

I hold a Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance, which is in effect for any booked session. This insurance covers my professional practice in both therapeutic and creative contexts, and protects the process for your peace of mind.

Creative Integrity and Intellectual Property

All original written, visual and conceptual materials shared through www.hannahdansk.com including text, images, artworks, frameworks and processes, are the intellectual property of Hannah Madsen unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or claim ownership of any material without written permission.

In collaborative projects :

• All ownership and usage rights will be agreed upon in advance and documented in writing.

• I uphold absolute transparency and clarity in communication regarding intellectual property, authorship and credit.

• All creative work is undertaken with honesty, professionalism and respect for the work of others.

Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

All bookings must be confirmed directly via my designated booking system, and all payments for sessions or extended 1:1 programmes are to be paid in accordance with these terms.

A discovery call or written exchange will be required before confirming preliminary 1:1 work or creative projects.

Payments :

• Payment terms are communicated in advance.

• All private sessions are to be paid in full prior to commencement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• I operate with a no-refund policy, to honour the mutual commitment and energetic exchange once a session has been confirmed.

• Deposits, where applicable, are non-refundable.

• For private clients, payments are made directly through online booking systems.

• For businesses, payments are structured in stages, and executed via invoices.

Cancellations :

• All private sessions require a minimum of 48 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation.

• Cancellations made within less than 48 hours will be recorded under a three-strike system: after three late cancellations or no-shows, the client will no longer be eligible to book future sessions, unless under fair or exceptional circumstances (as assessed on a case-by-case basis).

• This policy is designed to protect the integrity of time, energy and preparation that goes into each session, and to ensure mutual respect within the working relationship.

• For creative projects or professional collaborations, custom cancellation and rescheduling terms will be defined within the specific project agreement.

Limitation of Liability

While I take every measure to ensure professionalism and safety, you acknowledge and agree that :

• I cannot make any guarantees regarding outcomes or results.

• I am not responsible for any injury, loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in sessions, retreats, collaborations, or the use of this website.

• I operate strictly within the scope of my professional training and qualifications. My sessions, teachings and facilitation methods are not substitutes for medical or psychological treatment. I am not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, or psychologist.

You are solely responsible for your choices, wellbeing and any actions taken based on insights received during our work together.

Transparency and Integrity

My work is rooted in integrity, transparency and clarity. I will always act in alignment with my values and within my capacity of expertise.

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a working relationship if I sense a misalignment in ethics, intentions or energy. I ask the same honesty and integrity in return from all clients and collaborators.

Privacy and Data Protection

I respect your privacy and comply with UK GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Any personal data collected through forms, email, or session notes is used solely for the purpose of communication and service delivery.

You may request to access, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting me directly.

Your data will never be sold, traded or shared with third parties without consent.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes or claims arising from these Terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Updates to Terms

These Terms may be reviewed and updated periodically to reflect changes in professional practice, insurance or legal obligations. The most recent version will always be published above with the date of last revision.
