    Hypnosis and hypnotherapy is a deeply restorative state of focused awareness. A bridge between the conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind.

    In this state, the analytical mind softens, and you gain access to the deeper layers where your beliefs, habits, and emotional patterns are formed.

    Using evidence-based methods in subconscious reprogramming and brain neuroplasticity, I guide you through a process of inner dialogue and transformation — helping you release what no longer serves and imprint new pathways aligned with your truth.

    Each session is designed to empower, never to override. You remain fully in control, aware, and safe throughout the process.

  • Accessing your body’s wisdom

    Your breath is a bridge between the physical and the energetic : between what you’re holding onto and what is ready to be released.

    Through somatic and science-backed breath modalities, we work gently with the nervous system to access the deeper emotional layers often inaccessible through words alone.

    Breathwork supports regulation, release and reconnection. It helps create a direct experience of embodiment that grounds the subconscious shifts initiated through hypnosis.

If we choose to continue, your first session will be a deep dive into your inner landscape. Together, we explore the roots of your patterns, clarify your intentions and begin to release what no longer serves you. This session is designed to give space for presence : allowing both insight and integration to unfold naturally.

  • All you need is a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed, a stable internet connection, and a pair of headphones if possible. A blanket, cushion and a soft place to lie will help you feel more grounded and at ease. Most importantly, creating a space where you feel safe to relax and let go.

    Ahead of each new online session, I will share my ‘At Home Session Guide’, which gives you some inspirations on how to prepare your environment for a nourishing deep dive.

  • Yes, in-person sessions are possible, depending on my current location & availability. I am currently based between UK + Asia. If you’re interested in doing in-person sessions with me, we can discuss this in our discovery call.

  • Not at all. The my sessions are designed to gently guide you into the subconscious, making it perfect if this is your very first time.

    We take it step by step, and if you’re not yet ready for a hypnotherapy deep dive in our first session, we can guide you gently with other tools, to begin to peel back the layers.

  • No. A Deep Dive is a three-hour journey that includes:

    • Arrival & grounding – time to settle in, open space, and connect with your intention.

    • Conscious conversation – to uncover what lies beneath the surface and shape the session’s focus.

    • The hypnosis journey itself – usually 60–90 minutes, where you drop deeply into the subconscious.

    • Integration & closing – returning gently, with space for reflection, and practical recommendations to weave the experience into daily life.

  • It depends on your intention. For some, a single session can create a profound shift. For most, especially when we are working with deeply rooted patterns, a continuation of sessions allows us to move layer by layer, creating sustainable and lasting change. True transformation doesn’t happen overnight.

    I see our work together as a fruitful partnership : a journey of unfolding.

  • No form of therapy can offer absolute guarantees. What I can promise is a safe, supportive space. Your subconscious mind’s primary role is to protect you : my role is to help you feel safe enough to soften, so we can explore this space together, gently.

  • Talk therapy works primarily with the conscious mind, helping you understand patterns, stories and emotions. Hypnotherapy, however, works directly with the subconscious, where the root causes of beliefs, habits and emotional imprints live. Both are powerful in their own right; hypnotherapy simply allows us to access the source more directly, creating the possibility for faster shifts, by being brave enough to look within.

  • Hypnotherapy can be supportive for all ages. However, the subconscious mind develops significantly in the first seven years of life. Before then, children naturally live in a more suggestible, imaginative state.

    Sessions for younger clients are best approached with gentleness and adapted to their needs. For children, parental presence and collaboration are always part of the process.
